CLASSIC UMBRELLAS

The Elegant range is designed with classical straight lines and yet to have the strength to perform when traditional parasols fail. Up to three metres of circular or square cover can be achieved with this strong and yet truly portable product.

The mast is stainless steel and the roof frame is anodised aluminium which is reinforced with stainless steel on the larger sizes. The hubs are silver grey resin. The canopy is fabricated from Acrylic which has good UV rejection properties as well as water resistance to 300mm water pressure and is available in a large range of colours. The Elegant can be supplied with or without valance and branding is a standard option.

This range of wood frame umbrellas is probably second to none. The type of wood utilised in the differing components are specially selected to give ultimate performance. More significantly the wood used is grown in European and specially selected.

Whilst clearly performance is not as great as metal counterparts this is nevertheless a strong product in its class. The pole diameter increases with size of canopy. On the larger sizes a pulley is strongly recommended to help with ease of opening. The bottom hub is fitted with a leather harness so that when the pulley is operated the hub runs smoothly and thus minimises wear. On the smaller sizes a tilt mechanism is possible.

The canopy is fabricated in acrylic which has good UV rejection properties as well as water resistance to 300mm water pressure.

We can advise you on the correct way of mounting. To ensure the wind guarantee is valid one should always have the objective of ground fixing. When depth limits the use of sockets we can design special fixings. Free standing weighted bases can be supplied with one or two layers of decorative concrete blocks.
